Alex Lucke is a commercial real estate broker in Tampa Bay and the Managing Commercial Director at KW Commercial Tampa Properties. Since 2015, he has represented property owners in the sale and lease of commercial real estate across Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties. He works one side of the deal: sellers and landlords.

His practice covers industrial, office, retail, multifamily, land, and special purpose properties. Every listing starts the same way, with a valuation built from county records and actual closed sales, reviewed personally before it ever reaches the owner. From there, AI powered marketing puts the property in front of more qualified buyers than any single broker could reach manually, while Alex handles the part technology can't: pricing judgment, negotiation, and knowing which offer is real.

In 2020, Alex earned the CCIM designation, a credential held by fewer than 10% of commercial brokers nationwide. CCIMs are trained in investment analysis, market analysis, and financial modeling, which is why institutional buyers take a CCIM listed property seriously from the first call.

Outside of work, Alex golfs, travels, and cheers on the Tampa Bay Lightning with his wife Jacqueline, a podiatric surgeon. Both are University of Florida graduates.
